Delivery and Refund / Returns

We put our customers before everything else. We work towards maintaining a high quality of our drugs and keep on taking the feedback of our customers from time to time. It happens rarely but if you are dissatisfied by the delivery we made, you can claim a full refund. Kindly refer to our return policy for that.

If customers are not satisfied by the pills they need to report the same. Our return policy is governed by the regulation of consumer contracts pertaining to the information, cancellation or the additional charges that states it is mandatory for the buyers to inform the supplier about any issue with deliveries the very next day. If such is the case, we are liable to issue you a full refund. You just need to pay the delivery charges that we incur from our end.

If the item sealed for the sake of health and hygiene gets unsealed by you then it would not be returned. If you damage the items delivered to you anyway then we have the right to deduct the refund issued to you. If the items returned by you are not in the condition where it can be resold then we are not liable to pay you anything.

How would you return items?

If you are not satisfied with the items delivered to you, you can return the same by post. You just need to notify us that you want to return those items

How and when we process the refunds

Once we receive the returned item in a good condition we began to process your refund. We credit the refunds back to the same account from which we receive the payment for medicines. It takes a full working day to do so.

Condition for refund

If you are not satisfied with the delivery of medicines made by us and wish to return the items, you need to make sure to return them to us in an intact condition. We would like to make it clear that you would be paid only if no damage is done to the product. So, you need to make sure that the items returned by you should be at a good condition.

The orders will be shipped through FedEx overnight by ups DHL. Shipment is done in a couple of hours once the orders get approved and verified by our sales executive over the phone. We mail you order number and tracking number. You will also be provided with a tracking number which would enable you to track the shipment of medicines. You will be given an order status in three working hours. You need to get the order verified as soon as you place it. The product gets delivered once our customer care executive verifies it. deliver only high quality and genuine medicines at affordable rates. If you are not satisfied or have any issues just inform us the very next and we will issue you a full refund for the items that are returned us in an intact condition.
